Agreement to Terms
By using the services of TrueAqua Maricopa Pool Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
TrueAqua Maricopa Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services in Maricopa, AZ and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Service schedules are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain your scheduled service times, but may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a service fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less.
For weekly service plans, payment is due monthly in advance. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your weekly service at any time with at least 7 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on services not yet rendered.
For one-time services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to your pool and related equipment during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing keys or access codes as needed.
You are responsible for restraining any pets that may interfere with our technicians during service. If access is not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a trip fee.
Liability and Warranties
We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. Any damage caused by our negligence will be repaired or compensated fairly.
We do not guarantee that your pool will remain clean between service visits, as factors beyond our control such as weather, usage, and surrounding environment can affect pool condition.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use of your pool.
Chemical Usage
We use industry-standard pool chemicals and follow best practices for water chemistry. You acknowledge that pool chemicals can be hazardous if misused. We recommend keeping children and pets away from the pool area immediately after chemical treatment.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for providing pool chemicals. We can supply chemicals for an additional fee if requested.
Equipment Repairs
Before performing any repairs, we will provide you with an estimate. We will not proceed without your authorization. Parts and labor are warrantied for 30 days from the date of service unless the manufacturer provides a longer warranty.
We are not responsible for failures of aging equipment or equipment that has not been properly maintained. We will advise you of any equipment that may need replacement soon.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
